(SPRINGVILLE) – The 40th annual ABATE Boogie is scheduled for July 16-19.
The annual event is held at the 400-acre Lawrence County Recreational Park in Springville.
Gates open at 8 a.m. Thursday, July 16 and will remain open throughout the event. The Boogie is open to the public (you must be 18 or older with ID to enter). Both ABATE members and non-members are welcome.
The cost of tickets for the four-day event for ABATE members is $50 and includes tent camping, showers, motorcycle parking, entry to all events, and bands. For non-members, a ticket for the four-day event is $70 per person ad includes tent camping, showers, motorcycle parking, entry to all events, and bands.
Tickets just for Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. cost $30 a person for members and $40 for non-members and includes tent camping, showers, motorcycle parking, entry to all events, and bands.
Officials are working with the Lawrence County Health Department and extra steps are being taken to keep everyone safe and meet CDC guidelines. Hotel Tango Distillery is providing 50 gallons of hand sanitizer and there will be hand-washing stations and an extra shower house has been added.
