Samuel Lee Mathis, 52, of Heltonville, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020 at his residence. Born May 5, 1968 in Bloomington, Indiana, he was the son of Diana (Hobbs) Durham and Ronald Mathis, Samuel worked at Mick Kinser Sawmill.
Private graveside services will be at Meadow’s Church Cemetery.
