(WASHINGTON CO.) – The Washington County Sheriffs Department is partnering with the Salem Police Department this coming Saturday, August 22, for a drive-thru Drug Drop Off from 9:00 a.m. till noon.
The Drug Drop Off will take place in the Washington County Justice Center parking lot, located at 801 Jackson Street in Salem.
Simply drive through the parking lot, hand your expired or unused prescription medications to an officer or a deputy and drive away.
Sheriff Brent Miller, Deputy Matt Hein, and Salem Police Chief Tim Miller are working together to coordinate the Drug Drop Off program and will be on hand to collect your expired or unused prescription medications and answer any questions you may have about the program.
