(STEUBEN CO.) – On Tuesday, detectives with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICACTF) arrested a Steuben County man on alleged charges of dissemination and possession of child pornography.
On August 18th the Indiana State Police ICACTF received a Cyber Tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The tip ultimately led to a search warrant being served on a residence in the 1000 block of West County Road 500 South in Pleasant Lake, IN by the Indiana State Police (ISP) with assistance by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department and Angola Police Department.
As a result of the investigation, detectives arrested 24-year-old Zachary Fifer, on three felony counts of dissemination of child pornography under 12, three felony counts of possession of child pornography under 12,
