(MITCHELL) – The mission of the Mitchell Police Department is to provide the City of Mitchell a reputable, confident, and knowledgeable police department, dedicated to preventing crime and providing a safe environment for the citizens of Mitchell.
The Mitchell Police Department is currently staffed with eight full-time officers, three reserve officers, an administrative assistant, and two canines who are ready to serve the Mitchell community 24 hours a day.
The Mitchell Police Department always strives to represent excellence in policing.
“One way we do this is by being proactive in all areas, and taking action before we have to react to crises,” said Chief Mike Hardman.
