COLUMBUS – Columbus East overpowered Bedford North Lawrence 13-1 during girls high school soccer action on Tuesday.
Abby Miller and Sydney. Berkemeier both scored two goals for the Olympians, who ended BNL’s two-match winning streak.
East also got scoring from Alana Dwenger, Nadia Harris, Grace Wiltsey, Kathleen Souder, Kylie Hatcher, Alexis Spurgeon, Allison Craig and Heidi Murphy.
Makena Moore had the lone goal for the Stars, converting a penalty kick.
BNL (2-5, 0-3 in the Hoosier Hills Conference) will host Jennings County on Thursday.
