(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man suffered a head injury after he crashed his motorcycle on State Road 158.
Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to the crash on State Road 158, near High Water Road at 3:33 p.m. Friday.
According to police, 36-year-old Andrew Dalton, of 1723 J St., was traveling on State Road 158 when he entered a curve too fast and lost control of his 2007 Honda VTX.
The motorcycle hit the ditch and thew Dalton from the bike.
Dalton who was not wearing a helmet suffered a head injury and was flown by a StatFlight helicopter to Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis for treatment.
