(BLOOMINGTON) – Bloomington Mayor John Hamilton joins other community leaders in a weekly Zoom conference call today Friday, October 2, from 1:15 p.m. until 2 p.m. to share the most recent developments in the coordinated local effort to mitigate and manage the COVID-19 crisis and present an opportunity for media representatives to ask questions.
Joining Mayor Hamilton on today’s call will be Monroe County Commissioners’ President Julie Thomas, IU Health South Central Region President Brian Shockney, Monroe County Health Department Administrator Penny Caudill, Monroe County Emergency Management Director Allison Moore, and Indiana University Assistant Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and IUB COVID Response Unit (CRU) Lead Kirk White.

Barring technical difficulties, the conference will be available for your audience and/or constituents via live stream at the City of Bloomington Facebook page, where they may pose questions that may be relayed to the panelists if time allows.
Each week’s call is archived there and at the City’s website (under “COVID-19 Press Conferences”) for future reference. Additionally, the calls are streamed and archived at CATS.
