(SPRINGVILLE) – Bridge 107 on Armstrong Station Road, west of Springville, off State Road 58 has been repaired and inspected and is now open to traffic.
The bridge opened today at 1:00 p.m.
“The current posting is still 8 tons but will be updated in a couple days when the final load rating calculations will be complete,” said Lawrence County Highway Superintendent David Holmes. “Thanks to everyone for their patience.”
The bridge was ordered closed after deterioration was located on the Fayetteville side of the bridge.
