Michael Earl Chandler, 80, of Bedford, passed away at 5:59 pm on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his residence.
Born July 19, 1940 in Bedford, he was the son of Earl Morrell and Ruth (Canada) Chandler. He married Judith Ann Fisher Meadows on July 1, 1982 and she survives. He was a die setter for General Motors and a member of U.A.W. Local #440.
Survivors include his wife, Judith, of Bedford; two step- sons, Franklin R. Meadows, of Bedford and William C. Meadows and wife, Saori, of Fair Grove, Missouri; grandchildren, Logan Hunter Meadows, Michael William Everett Meadows, and Keito Virginia Meadows.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Hap and Jerry Chandler and Larry J. Umphress (in infancy); sisters, Morgan Chandler and Carol Anderson.
Cremation was chosen at his request. No services are planned.
