ODON – The Odon Police Department has a new drug disposal container thanks to the United Way of Daviess County.
The drug disposal container is located inside the Odon Police department where the public can drop off unwanted or expired medications Monday – Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
United Way donated the drug disposal container to the department as part of their education and awareness initiative program.
The United Way has also provided senior citizens with containers and lockboxes to store their medication safely and disposal kits to dispose of medications.
