Rebecca “Becky” Lynn Evans, 71, of Springville, passed away on April
14, 2021 at 10:24 p.m. at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.
She was born on May 25, 1949, to William O. Thompson and Pauline L. (Walle)Thompson Becky married Walter Evans on February 19, 1970, and he survives.
Survivors include her siblings: Tony Thompson, David Thompson, Donna
Rainey & Jayne Silvers, her children, Jacque Jones (Husband Scott Jones),
Michelle Evans, Beth Evans, Walter Evans Jr (Wife Jessica Evans).
She had 14 grandkids and 11 great-grandkids and several nieces and
nephews.Â
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Tony and David.Â
Her hobbies included spending time with her grandkids and fishing.Â
Cremation was chosen and the family will have a celebration of life to honor Becky. Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.
