Ronald C. “Ron” Pierce, 66, of Bedford, passed away at his residence on May 1, 2021.
Born in Marion County, Indiana, he was the son of Richard M. Pierce and Donna (Brooking) Boyles. He married Connie Cooper on February 14, 1976, and she survives.
Ron was a graduate of Bedford High School with the class of 1974, was a member of the Sportsman’s Gun Club in Mitchell, and was a glazer at City Glass and Paint in Bloomington.
In addition to his wife Connie, Ron is survived by two daughters, Robin (Mike) Robertson and Desiree (Keith) Ottersbach; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Melanie (Tim) Wagoner and Lea (David) Havens; along with several nieces and nephews.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter in infancy.
Cremation was chosen with no services at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford.
