GALENA – Bedford North Lawrence finished seventh in the Hoosier Hills Conference meet during girls track action at Floyd Central on Tuesday night.
The Stars totaled 42.5 points. The Highlanders won the event with 171 points.
Lindley Steele was the top finisher for the Stars with her third-place conclusion in the long jump (15-11 1/2). She was also fifth in the 100 meter dash (13.12).
BNL’s Autumn Spence was fourth in the 1600 (5:35.86)
Steele also finished fifth in the 100 meter dash (13.12), Makena Moore was fifth in the 400 (1:05.32) and the high jump (4-10), and Grace Tanksley was fifth in the 3200 (a personal-record 12:27.96).
BNL will host the HHC boys meet on Thursday.
