BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington released the Fiscal Plan for the proposed annexation Thursday.
The plan shows how annexation will impact individuals and institutions, both financially and in terms of services and infrastructure.
The plan, which goes before City Council May 19, and the parcel database are now available at this link.
