Jacob D. “Jake” Cooper, 29, of Bedford, passed away on May 19, 2021, at his residence in Bedford.
He was born at Dunn Hospital in Bedford on November 26, 1991, to Scott J. Cooper and Gina (Logsdon) Morris. Jake was a welder and carpenter for Merriman Steel in Tunnelton, he was a 2010 graduate of Orleans High School.
Survivors include his mother, Gina Morris, and husband David of Bedford, his father, Scott J. Cooper and wife Tamala of Bedford, one brother, Nick Cooper and wife Jennifer of Bedford, step-brothers, Jonathon Morris of
Brownstown, Keaton Cooper of Bedford, Evan Cooper of Bedford, step-sisters, Raynan Hunter of Greencastle, Kyla Gillespie of Bedford and Gionni Cooper of Bedford, grandparents, Bill and Vida Chestnut of Paoli and Marcia Kruse of Bedford, great grandmother, Treva Cooper of Bedford, nieces, Eleanor Cooper and Laila Cooper of Bedford, several aunts, uncles and cousins
Jake was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Larry P. Cooper, Samuel W. Cruse, and John Logsdon.
Private graveside rites will be held at Cresthaven Memory Gardens in Bedford.
Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
