Sherry A. Sherrill, 96, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, in Bedford, Indiana.
Born August 28, 1924, in Bedford, Indiana, she was the daughter of Charles W. and Irene (Troy) Johnson. She married Leroy “Cy” Sherrill on April 10, 1944, and he preceded her in death. Sherry was a graduate of Bedford High School, class of 1942, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bedford.
Survivors include her son, David Sherrill, and his wife, Linda, of St. Louis; brother, Brent Johnson; and dear friend, Sheila Hatfield of Bedford.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Brenda Armstrong; and brother, Joe Johnson.
A visitation for Sherry will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Johnson Christian Village of Bedford.
