Cynthia Lane age 72 of Oolitic passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021, at 8:48 Am at Stonebridge Health Campus in Bedford. She was born in Bedford on July 15, 1948, to Norman Smith and Lorna June (Nickless) Smith. Cynthia retired from Visteon in Bedford and was a member of the Crossroads Community Church in Bedford.
Survivors include her children, Melissa (Eric) Chambers of Bedford and Scotty Lee (Juanita Kay) Lane of Bedford, seven grandchildren, Matthew Allen, Breanna Chambers, Logan Chambers, Ashley Mathews, Alexander Lane, Amanda Lane, Joshua Lane, three great-grandchildren, Coal Allen, Rain Allen, and Rosalind Pemberton, brother, David (Jerri) Smith of Bedford, sister, Debra (Robert) Szemesak of Oolitic.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021, at 10:30 Am atCresthaven Memory Gardens, with Brother Lyndon Hopkins, officiating.
Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.
