City of Bloomington neighborhood residential parking permits are now available for purchase

BLOOMINGTON – Neighborhood residential parking permits for 2021-22 are now available for purchase online at https://bloomington.t2hosted.com/

A map identifying the zones where a neighborhood parking permit is required for on-street parking in Bloomington is available here.   At the site, applicants may upload required documents, which may include current vehicle registration(s), driver’s license, current property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or disability license plate information.

Indiana University students residing in Greek houses and at Collins Living-Learning Center must provide additional documentation.

All 2021-22 permit applications will be completed online, and permits mailed to residents.  In-person permit sales will not be offered this year.

Digitizing the process of applying for a neighborhood parking permit is one of the numerous adaptations the City of Bloomington has made to minimize the opportunity for the transmission of COVID-19 in the community while continuing to deliver services.
