BEDFORD – Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department detectives are investigating a shooting that happened in the 270 block of Rawlins Mills Road.
According to Major Travis Sanders, deputies did respond to IU Health Hospital at 11:20 p.m. after a report a male was being treated in the emergency room for an apparent gunshot wound.
“One individual was treated and our detectives are still actively investigating the case,” said Major Sanders.
