David W. Harlan, 65, of Bedford passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021, at his residence.
He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 5, 1955, to Wayne C. Harlan and Betty (Gephart) Harlan. He graduated from Liberty High School in Ohio and was a self-employed painter.
Survivors include two sons, Douglas E. Harlan and Daniel W. Harlan, two brothers, Steven Harlan and Theodore Harlan.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Harlan Franklin.
Cremation was chosen.
