BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Park & Recreation Department’s annual insect extravaganza “Bug Fest” returns on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the IU Hilltop Garden and Nature Center at 2367 East 10th Street in Bloomington.
The mission of Bug Fest is to educate the public about insects and spider biology. There will be live insects on display, crafts, games, storytelling, a flea circus, information tables on a variety of subjects, and more.
This event is a collaboration of Bloomington Parks and Recreation, Monroe County Parks and Recreation, The WonderLab Museum, Purdue Extension—Monroe County, and
IU Hilltop Garden and Nature Center.
