MITCHELL – A Mitchell woman was arrested after a Mitchell Police officer noticed her driving without a valid driver’s license at the Sinclair station on State Road 37.
The officer followed the vehicle on State Road 37 and stopped the driver 39-year-old Kelli Carnes.
During a vehicle inventory, police found pills and a container of crystal meth.
Carnes was arrested on a charge of possession of meth.
