Freddie Lee Howell, 74, of Mitchell passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 9:23 p.m. at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born in Lawrence County on January 21, 1947, to Jess and Anna Mae (Moore) Howell. He worked at Otis Elevator in Bloomington and was a farmer.
Survivors include his sister and caregiver, Karen (Phil) Wigley of Mitchell.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Venita Terry
Freddie’s wishes were to be cremated, with no services.
Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
