Joan Craig, 84, of Bloomfield, passed away at 9:30 a.m on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at her residence.
Born May 2, 1937, in Monroe Co., she was the daughter of Abraham “Blackie” and Ivy Hoff. She married Leland Edward Craig in 1955 and he preceded her in death in 2004. She was a line worker at RCA for 40 years and a member of the Tunnel Hill Trinity Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include three sons, Marvin Craig and wife, Debra, and Tommy Craig, all of Bloomfield, and Marck Craig, of Linton; a daughter, Sharlet Messel, and husband, Calvin, of Sandburn, IN; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Linda, Norma, and Vicki.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister, four brothers, two sons, Morris and Leroy Craig, and
a daughter, Sandy Lakes.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25 th at Tunnel Hill Trinity Pentecostal Church with Rev. Justin Berger officiating. Burial will follow in the Scotland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Monday, October 25th at Tunnel Hill Trinity Pentecostal Church.
