MITCHELL – Mitchell Community Schools will be conducting a modified Veteran’s Day program on November 11th, starting at 1:30pm.
A reverse parade of veteran’s will begin at Hatfield Elementary, and will travel to Burris Elementary, where they will then go by Mitchell Junior High School/Mitchell High School before proceeding up 8th street to Main street.
Students from grades K-12 will also be recording their thoughts about Veterans Day, and those that have served to protect us. The video will be posted on several social media platforms for community members to view and share with others.
