INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Holcomb and First Lady Janet Holcomb dressed as characters representing iconic imagery and historic figures that represent Indiana. The first family handed out candy and sweets made in Indiana donated by Zachary Confections in Frankfort and Albanese Confectionery based out of Merrillville.
Trick or treaters were greeted by volunteers who handed out donated treats.
