BEDFORD – A Louisville, Kentucky man was arrested Monday night after a Bedford Police officer stopped his vehicle at State Road 37 and Mitchell Road for inoperable taillights.
The driver of the vehicle was 22-year-old Daniel Parham.
The officer asked if he could search his vehicle. Parham agreed and said there was a bag containing 17 Xanax pills in the vehicle. Officers also found a grinder containing marijuana.
Parham told police his “baby’s mama” pays him to get the Xanax from Louisville and bring them to her in Bloomington
Parham was arrested on charges of dealing and possession of a Scheduled IV controlled substance and operating a vehicle while never licensed.
