INDIANA – The Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever have teamed up with Nike, the NBA, and WNBA for season 3 of the Game Growers Program, with a mission to get more girls to play sports. Nike Game Growers is an exclusive chance for 7th and 8th-grade girls who are passionate about getting more girls in sports to make a difference and get creative about bringing their vision to life.
APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY: 7th or 8th-grade girls who are at least 13 years old at the time of application are eligible to submit. Applications and more information are available at www.gamegrowers.com.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Girls team up in pairs or individually to share their idea to grow sports for girls via the online application.
- Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever will select their Game Growers Co-Captains. Game Growers Co-Captains work with Nike and their Pacers and Fever teammates to complete missions and develop their Game Plans.
- With the help of the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever and Nike, Game Grower Co-Captains will share their final Game Plans with the world.
