Rebecca “Becky Jo” (Murphy) Lutgens, 54, of Bedford, passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, December 19, 2021.
Born July 4, 1967, in Columbus, IN, she was the daughter of Larry Murphy and Patricia (Hunter) Atchison. She was a clerical worker at A Way of Wellness Chiropractic and a member of the Mundell Christian Church.
Survivors include her mother, Patty Atchison, of Bedford; a daughter, Isabella “Belle” Lutgens, of Bedford; a sister, Shonja “Shonnie” Miracle, and husband, Dave, of Bedford; a step-sister, Melissa R. Llano, of Woodstock, GA; two step-brothers, Eric Scott Atchison and wife, Michelle, of Fayetteville and Daniel D. Atchison and wife, Jennifer, of Canton, GA; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Murphy; her step-father, Marvin Atchison; a brother, Jamie Murphy (in infancy) and her grandparents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 22nd at the Mundell Christian Church with Rev. John Wisley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mundell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday, at the church.
