William “Bill” Harper, 80, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 5:40 p.m. at the Glenburn Home in Linton.
He was born on May 21, 1941, in Odon, Indiana to Alvin Harper and Dovie (Franklin) Harper. Bill was a welder.
He is survived by his niece and caregiver, Lisa Alano of Bloomfield.
Cremation was chosen.
Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
