INDIANA – Over the course of 2021, an Indiana Housing Dashboard was developed in partnership with the Housing Work Group to serve as a tool for identifying the greatest housing opportunities and challenges for Indiana communities.
The interactive dashboard is broken down into four primary factors that influence the housing market:
The dashboard allows you to quickly drill down into each data set at the county or state level. With a click of a button, you can now export a high-level comprehensive housing needs assessment that looks at the housing data and trends for your county or Indiana. All of the data sets are directly linked to each data source, so the information is always current.
The Indiana Housing Dashboard is meant to guide discussions and decisions for multiple groups who influence their housing market. These groups may include IHCDA, state, local, and appointed officials, city, county, and non-profit leaders, builders and developers, and others who are passionate about their community’s quality of place and quality of life.
