BEDFORD – During the Bedford Redevelopment Commission meeting Monday, the election of Officers and approval of payments were handled to start the new year.
Penny May was elected and unanimously voted in to remain the President of the Redevelopment Commission, along with Judy Carlisle as Vice President and Ryan Griffith as Secretary.
The commission then moved on to approve payment of $128,562.50 to BNY Mellon in reference to a redevelopment district tax increment refund for Plaza Drive South.
The commission also approved the payment to Old National Wealth Management for the lease agreement for StoneGate Arts & Education Center for a total of $127,500 before motioning to adjourn the meeting.
