Rebekah Sue Dwyer, 68, of Mitchell, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born September 24, 1953, in Livonia, she was the daughter of Harold and Edith (Walts) Martin.
Becky retired from Carpenter Body Works and was currently employed at Regeneration. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and mushroom hunting. Becky loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.
Survivors include her son, Shannon Dwyer of Indianapolis; daughter, Heather (Eric) Taylor of Bedford; grandchildren, Elaina Grace and Chloe Renee Taylor; siblings, Judy Pittman of Tennessee, Joan Martin of Mitchell, June Morlan of Warrensburg, Missouri and John Martin of Mitchell
Her parents and siblings, Harry “Bud” Martin, Shirley Briscoe, and Reva Mundy preceded her in death.
Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 17, at Mitchell Cemetery with Brother Darrin Chastain officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
