OOLITIC – The Town of Oolitic Stormwater Commission will meet in a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 9, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at Oolitic Town Hall for the following purposes:
- For a public hearing on the following: Declaratory Resolution of the Stormwater Management Board Approving the Construction and Acquisition of Certain Stormwater Improvements, Confirming Resolution and matters related thereto.
- Consideration of the following resolution: An Authorization Instrument concerning the construction of certain additions, extensions and improvements to the Utility of the Political Subdivision, the issuance of revenue bonds to provide the cost thereof, the collection, segregation and distribution of the revenues of said works, the safeguarding of the interests of the owners of said revenue bonds, other matters connected therewith, and repealing ordinances, resolutions, or other instruments inconsistent herewith.
