BLOOMINGTON – The third annual Bloomington Music Expo will take place on Saturday, February 5 at the Monroe Convention Center in downtown Bloomington, Indiana.
The free expo is a celebration of music anchored by Bloomington’s only public vinyl fair.
During the music expo, vinyl, tapes, CDs, art, apparel, and other music-related merchandise will be for sale from 30 vendors. Find rare and used vinyl albums, posters, t-shirts, and more from your favorite musicians across many genres.
Attendees can enjoy live entertainment from DJs and four musical performers, headlined by Bloomington native, Jason Wilber. Jason is a successful solo musician who played guitar for the late, great John Prine for over two decades.
A full schedule of events for the Bloomington Music Expo is as follows:
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Music merchandise sales
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: DJs spin vinyl
12:00 p.m. – Kid Kazooey & The Ballroom Roustabouts perform (Music for all ages)
1:00 p.m. – Craig Brenner performs (Boogie-woogie piano)
2:00 p.m. – Rodeola performs (Folk rock)
3:00 p.m. – Jason Wilber performs (Acoustic rock)
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR/Rapid test result (received on or after February 3, 2022) is required to enter the event. Face masks must be worn at all times by all attendees, regardless of age. These rules will be strictly enforced.
The Bloomington Music Expo is produced by Visit Bloomington in partnership with Ivy Tech Community College, WFHB Community Radio, and The Orbit Room.
