Albert Henry Jones, 80, of Mitchell, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at his residence.
Born October 2, 1941, in Lawrence County, he was the son of David C. and Sylvia (Tincher) Jones.
Albert had been employed by the City of Mitchell and worked for the street department. He was a former member of the Salvation Army.
Survivors include his siblings, Roberta Tow of Bedford, Joe Jones of Mitchell, John E. Jones of Mitchell
His parents and siblings, Elsie Irwin, Betsy Stancombe, George Jones, Mary Schultz, Thelma Denney, and Joyce Jones, preceded him in death.
Cremation was chosen and burial will be at a later date in Mitchell Cemetery.
