Rebecca “Becky” Dale Miller, 64, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at IU Health Bedford Hospital.
Born December 14, 1957, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Cletus Dale Root and Rosalie (Corey) Busch. She married Art Miller on September 20, 1986, and he survives. She was an assembler/tester at Visteon. She was a member of the Mundell Christian Church where she was responsible for organizing funeral dinners complete with her famous ham. She was an Oolitic Bearcat and loving wife, mom, and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Art, of Bedford; three children, Kristen (Arthur) O’Brien, Brandon Miller, and Max Miller; three grandchildren, Jarrett Fortner, Josie O’Brien, and Avery O’Brien; two brothers, Tim Root, Sr. and Charlie Root; her mother, Rosalie Busch and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and step-father, Bill Busch.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17th at the Mundell Christian Church with John Wisley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mundell Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Mundell Christian Church from 12 noon to 8:00 p.m.. on Wednesday, February 16th, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Thursday.
