NORTHERN INDIANA – BBB serving Northern Indiana welcomed a new Vice President on Jan. 17, 2022, when Jan Diaz joined the helm of the 100-year organization serving 23 counties in Northern Indiana.
Diaz previously served as the BBB Board Chair and was the Director of Partner Relations and Marketing for The Talent Ladder before joining the BBB full time. She is an experienced business professional with a demonstrated history of working in the public, private and social sectors including higher education. Diaz started with IWU – National & Global in 2017 as a Corporate Representative and joined the Talent Ladder Team in 2019.
Diaz obtained her associate degree in Business and a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University.
With Diaz’s background in business development, sales management, and public service, BBB’s Board of Directors felt she brought a host of skills to the BBB leadership that would uniquely qualify her to help lead the Northern Indiana BBB team.
Diaz succeeds previous BBB Vice President/COO Rick Walz who assumed President/CEO duties on Jan. 1, 2022.
