BEDFORD – North Lawrence Community Schools held a public working session Tuesday evening to review and discuss the data found in the attendance and numbers of Oolitic Middle School.
This session allowed the Board to hear a presentation by Oolitic Campus Principal, Kelli Terrell, Bedford Middle School Principal, John Hudson, and Director of Learning, Maggie Dainton, regarding the proposed transition of Oolitic Middle School 7th and 8th-grade students to Bedford Middle School set to take place during the Fall 2022 semester.
The session was called to allow NLCS Board members to analyze the middle school enrollment numbers and current impacts on resources before finalizing their vote at the February 22nd regular public meeting at 6:30 p.m.
