John P. Wronowicz, Jr., 66, of Bedford, passed away at IU Health Bedford Hospital on March 17, 2022, at 3:59 a.m.
He was born in Batavia, New York on September 25, 1955, to John P. Wronowicz and Sophia (Will) Wronowicz. He graduated from Akron Central High School and the University of Alabama Birmingham with a degree in Engineering. John retired from General Motors in Bedford and the IU Cycletron where he was the quality manager, he was a member of Hillcrest Christian Church in Bedford. John married Tammy L. (Cain) Wronowicz on April 27, 2002, and she preceded him in death on October 11, 2020.
Survivors include one daughter, Lori (Ryan) Frasher of Bargersville, one son, Matthew (Chelsea) Wronowicz of Bedford, two step-daughters, Mandy (Seth) Ramey of Bedford, and Brittany (Joe) Dabkowski of Mooresville, sixteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, five sisters, Jean (Tony) Ammons, Veronica Daugherty, Patricia Brown, Frances (William) Bartlett, and Lucy (Robert) Gayle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Tammy, and one sister, Rose Boniface.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, at Hillcrest Christian Church, 1130 Hillcrest Road, Bedford, Indiana at 7:00 p.m., with Bro. Mark Fugate and Bro. Jimmy Johnson officiating, visitation will be on Monday March 28, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until service time at 7:00 p.m. at the church.
