Dustin Tolliver, 75, of Bedford, passed away at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at his residence.
Born May 1, 1946, in Lansing, MI, he was the son of Wayne Franklin and Edith Helen (Stines) Tolliver. He married Mary Delpha on December 27, 2005, and she survives. He retired from General Motors after 29 years as a truck driver. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the First Church of God in Mitchell.
Survivors include his wife, Mary, of Bedford; four children, Carrie Ann Garland, Kevin Dustin Tolliver, Matthew R.
Tolliver, and Derek W. Tolliver; a step-daughter, Samantha Earl; two brothers, Larry Dale Tolliver (Carolyn), of Harrodsburg and Douglas M. Tolliver (Susan), of Guthrie; two sisters, Linda Martin, of Bedford and Pamela Ritter(Steve), of Lawrence Co. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Phillip.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day
& Carter Mortuary with Rev. Bob Courson officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery with military rites accorded at the graveside. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday, March 30th at the
Day & Carter Mortuary.
