INDIANA – Daniella Jordán Gonzales, HMIS Data Analyst at IHCDA, has been appointed Chairwoman of the Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs. Daniella has served on the board as the IHCDA rep since 2020 and served as the commissions’ secretary in 2021.
The Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs (ICHLA) is a non-partisan state agency working toward economic, educational, and social equity for all Hispanic and Latinx Hoosiers, including promoting cooperation and understanding. IHCDA is very proud of Daniella’s accomplishment and looks forward to her leadership on that commission.

In her current role at IHCDA, Daniella serves as the Homeless Management Information System Data Analyst and lead staff for effecting the annual Point In Time Count, or homeless census, across the Indiana Balance of State (all counties in Indiana, except Marion). Daniella also oversees the overall data quality of 340 housing projects, 480 non residential projects and 750 end users across the Indiana BOS for homeless and domestic violence providers who use the system.
