JACKSON CO. — Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to continue bridge repairs on I-65 NB next week in Jackson County. Additional work is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday (May 31 and June 1) between MM 49 and MM 50 near Seymour.
Motorists can expect northbound lane and ramp closures at Exit 50 (Seymour) from approximately 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Affected ramps include the northbound off-ramp to the westbound US 50 and the northbound on-ramp from eastbound US 50.
Lane and ramp closures will be postponed if needed due to inclement weather. Work was completed at locations on I-65 SB earlier this week. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active work zones.
