ORLEANS – The Orleans Memorial Day Weekend Car Show is scheduled for this Saturday, May 28th at Congress Square in downtown Orleans.
Registration will begin at 10 a.m. and the car show will kick off at noon with a special ceremony and salute to those who gave their lives for our freedom.
Ron Taylor will be our honorary veteran.
The car show awards will start at 4 and the car show will wrap up at 5 p.m.
But wait there’s more.
A little ol’ group called Homemade Jam will take the stage for a free concert from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and then Dame’s Rocket will close out the festivities with a free concert from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Food vendors and craft vendors will be on hand throughout the day.
Hometown Scoops will be open right around the corner and El Compadre will be open right across the street.
