BEDFORD – The Bedford Plan Commission will meet in regular session on Tuesday, June 14th at 4:00 p.m. at the City Concourse Building located at 1414 H Street.

Old Business
- Public hearing for Daryl Peterson who is requesting a rezone of the property located at 2604 35 th Street from B-3 Planned Business District to I- 1 Light Industrial District. Daryl wishes to put a personal storage facility on this property.
- Public hearing for Melissa Hamilton who is requesting a minor subdivision of her property located at 2435 I Street Bedford, IN 47421. Melissa wishes to separate the property into two parcels to make the existing garage a home to be sold at a later date. This has been through 2 Board of Zoning Public meetings and was approved on June 7, 2022 for the variance from developmental standards.
- Public hearing for Johnny & Janet Fiddler (Bob Fiddler) who are requesting a minor subdivision of their property located at 2747 Washington Ave. Bedford, IN. 47421. They wish to divide the property into two parcels to separate the business from residence.
New Business:
- Preliminary hearing for Stephen Cole who is requesting a rezone of the property located at 2627 Q Street and 1717 27th Street Bedford, IN. The property is currently zoned B-3 Planned Business District and he wishes to rezone the property to R-3 Medium Density Residential District.
- Preliminary hearing for Benjamin Logan & Scarlett Fair who are requesting a rezone of the property located at 3604 Washington Ave. Bedford, IN. The property is currently zoned R-3 Medium Density Residential District and they wish to rezone the property to I-1 Light Industrial in order to open Real Estate Company & Offices as well as Lumber & Building Materials Workshop.
