MADISON – Governor Eric J. Holcomb will chair a joint public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and the Indiana Economic Development Foundation Inc. at 2 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 30, at the Historic Eagle Cotton Mill in Madison in the ballroom.
The entrepreneurship, business development, and audit and finance committees of the board of directors of the IEDC will also hold public meetings on Thursday at the Historic Eagle Cotton Mill (108 Saint Michaels Ave., Madison).
- 11 a.m. – Entrepreneurship committee meeting (Ballroom)
- 11:10 a.m. – Business development committee meeting (Madison Board Room)
- 11:15 a.m. – Audit and finance committee meeting (Indiana Board Room)
On Thursday, at the Historic Eagle Cotton Mill, the entrepreneurship committee will hold an executive session at 10 a.m., the business development committee will hold an executive session at 10:15 a.m., and the audit and finance committee will hold an executive session at 10:45 a.m. In addition, the board of directors of the IEDC will meet in an executive session at 1 p.m. at the Historic Eagle Cotton Mill.
These executive sessions will be held for consideration of confidential pending investment requests made to the state of Indiana by industrial or commercial prospects (confidential proposals in progress), discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, discussion of records containing trade secrets, and confidential application information as provided in Indiana Code §§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and (7) and Indiana Code §§ 5-14-3-4(a)(4) and (10).
