Glenn W. Bliss, 69, of Bloomington, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born January 10, 1953, in New Albany, he was the son of Billy and Beulah (Sonner) Bliss. Glenn was a graduate of Bedford High School and was a veteran of the US Navy.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his brother; Charlie (Rebecca) Bliss; nephew, Andrew (Morgan) Bliss; and a niece, Elizabeth (Matthew) Martindale. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2022, at Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes with Phil Thorne officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral chapel.
