INDIANA – The Indiana Department of Transportation advises motorists that watermelon harvest time is here.
Drivers in Daviess and Jackson County and surrounding communities will see an increase in farm equipment and buses transporting workers and watermelons.
INDOT warns motorists to allow drivers of the farm equipment room and be extra aware of that equipment in construction zones.
