INDIANA – Pursuant to Section 676(a)(2)(B) of the CSBG Act, IHCDA encourages citizens, stakeholder agencies, and legislators to participate in the development of the State of Indiana Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) State Plan for federal fiscal years 2023 and 2024.
In accordance with this regulation, IHCDA is providing the opportunity for citizens to comment on the 2023/2024 State Plan draft plan, which will be submitted to the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Community Services, on or before September 1, 2022.
The State plan defines the uses and methods of distribution of funding for the CSBG Program. The draft State Plan can be located on IHCDA’s the CSBG web page.
A virtual public hearing will be held to discuss the draft 2023/2024 State Plan on Monday, August 22, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. ET. can be accessed as follows.
